Julia has a BA in Finance and Marketing from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. Julia started her career as a Corporate Tax Associate with Pricewaterhouse Coopers. After 2years as a tax consultant, she ventured into financial journalism; writing for a financial magazine, Smart Investor, covering diverse investment subjects, including real estate investing and CEO profiles. She later moved on to be a stockbroker, trading in Asian, European and American stock exchanges. In 2000, she started her very own retail business. In a short 3 years, she built it from a single boutique to a major distributor in departmental stores in Singapore. Julia has always been a driven and active real estate investor, so it was only natural that she would gravitate to a career in real estate. Julia specializes in residential, investment, commercial and property management. Julia loves travelling and has travelled extensively in Asia, Australia, Europe.
